B2N works closely with the clients to ensure the productivity of the candidates. B2N works closely with the clients to design and conduct coaching classes for fresh graduates on various skill sets. We take them through simulated environment and also give them on the job crash course training. The successful candidates are then certified and can be absorbed by the clients.
